During normal operations, ARICA-2 transmits GMSK telemetry data to the Aoyama Gakuin University ground station in response to an uplink command in order to obtain data essential for the safe operation of the satellite. Therefore, the format of this telemetry data will not be disclosed.
During normal operations, GMSK telemetry downlinks are transmitted on passes where the maximum elevation angle, as seen from the AGU ground station (Latitude: 35.5670°, Longitude: 139.4047°), is 10° or higher. During the Amateur Mission, there may exceptionally be passes on which no GMSK communication is performed. Any such exceptions will be announced on our website and X.
Received GMSK packets can be submitted through the Image Data Reception Report form or by email to arica2-ama(at)phys.aoyama.ac.jp (*please replace "(at)" with "@"). If you would like to receive a QSL card when submitting your report by email, please indicate this in the body of your email.
Please note that we are unable to share or publish the analysis results or any other information derived from the submitted data. Thank you for your understanding.
